  • What: set S.M.A.R.T. goals to achieve from exhibiting at the conference [results-oriented]

  • When: how to structure your total time spent to achieve these goals [productive]

  • Who: which combination of personnel can collectively answer all questions well [staffed]

  • Where: which conferences to be at - as attendees/exhibitors, which aspects to have presence in (panels, session, socials) and as what (speakers, hosts, sponsors) [positioned]
